I’ve been working in the Fitness Industry for 7 years. I find my work as a Trainer to be full of variety but best of all rewarding.
I am particularly focused on promoting exercise as an important lifestyle choice and encouraging clients to include family and friends in their well being and lifestyle change.
The diverse range of ages and fitness levels of my clients enable me to create sessions that are individual and heaps of fun! My motivation comes from knowing that I’m helping my clients to achieve their goals, seeing results and having fun doing it.
