I completed a Diploma in Sport Development successfully top of the class. I’m currently working with a state of the art group training company called “Heavy Haulers” as a trainer/fitness consultant. This company specialise in quick, effective fat loss, combined with lean muscle mass gain.
I was hand picked by it’s creators to join the team due to my academic record, and also my ability to apply my knowledge of health and fitness in the most effective way to help our clients achieve great results.
I believe that a personal trainer should not only have a great knowledge of fitness and it’s components, but have a good understanding of the best way to apply it to clients. As a personal trainer, my clients are my livelyhood. Therefore I believe upholding professionalism and honesty with clients throughout their fitness journey is above all the most important thing.
