Having worked in the corporate world for the past 15 years, I truly understand how hard it can be to achieve a real work:life:exercise balance. My goal is to help people achieve this equilibrium, by motivating them to incorporate fitness into their every day lives.
I’ve been training, sparring and teaching boxing, kickboxing and circuit classes for over ten years; strength training is a personal fitness hobby of mine , along with middle-distance running.
As my nick-name “Pocket Rocket” suggest, I’ve always been keen to prove that great things can be achieved with a little determination and spirit. Fitness was a passion of mine long before I realised that it was going to be a life career.
I believe that achieving and maintaining a healthy weight and a healthy lifestyle not only helps your heart and your waistline, but also your state of mind.
A genuine oxymoron, I’ve spent my life pursuing passions at extremes. I am a trained dancer and Kempo Karate Martial Artist; a classical singer and kickboxing instructor - I enjoy challenging people’s perceptions.
