About Me

I am a Melbourne based Personal Trainer, specialising in weight loss, toning, strength and conditioning, sports specific training, boxing and training and conditioning for professional dancers. I am the owner and director of INSTINCT Health and Performance Coaching and I also work within Fitness First in the CBD. For those not wanting to pay for a gym membership, I offer outdoor sessions, boot camps, group sessions, and training on location for dance studios and companies. Success comes not only with the right trainer, hard work and determination. I encourage clients to make lifestyle changes. I will guide you through nutrition, stress management, sleep patterns, and making their work space compliment their training.

As a trainer for professional dancers, I will take your performance to a new level! You are an athlete and need to train like one. Dance teachers were all dancers themselves, and have no concept of how the body really works or why what they are teaching is doing more harm than good. With my dance background and training experience, I will increase your flexibility, strength, endurance, fitness, balance and stability in a way that not only compliments your dance training, but will enable your body to repair itself, prevent injury, and lengthen your dance career!

I have trained with Tahnee for almost 6 months now. As well as the intense training, she keeps track of my eating habits and has me keep a food diary. I was shocked to know the things I ate in a day (especially weekends). Since training with her, I have changed my whole lifestyle! My exercise, nutritions, back pain, sleep patterns, stress, drinking and smoking were all addressed and have now changed for the better. She pushes me hard and I get a great relaxing stretch after each session. We've also done a few boxing and outdoor sessions which were really fun and we always have a laugh while training.
