My areas of specialty are:
- SoccerFit: a fun, challenging and dynamic way of getting fit through soccer based drills. No prior soccer experience required (great for group bookings)
- Kettlebell training: this dynamic way of training is great for integrating the whole body in a workout that gets you fit and strong (individual or group booking)
