As a health and fitness practitioner since 2001, my training ethos has been to get clients into the right shape through the effectiveness of FUNctional training. Fitness training is not limited to gym based activities but is also for those who prefer to train outdoors at a location preferable to you

My main drive as a personal trainer is pure and simple: to assist you in experiencing the sweet taste of a healthier and fitter YOU. i also beleive life is to be enjoyed and that includes enjoying the experience of maintaining our well-being

My areas of specialty are:

- SoccerFit: a fun, challenging and dynamic way of getting fit through soccer based drills. No prior soccer experience required (great for group bookings)

- Kettlebell training: this dynamic way of training is great for integrating the whole body in a workout that gets you fit and strong (individual or group booking)
