About Me

Tommy is the founding director of Advance PT and a fitness professional with a passion for healthy living through practical exercise and optimal nutrition. He is a previous Stateof Origin (Vic VS Queensland) fighter and now specializes in corporate fitness and personal training. He has attended various courses by elite exercise practitioners including training women, core, understanding the knee, pre and postnatal, other rehabilitation and a sports nutrition short course. Tommy is yoga and BodyCombat qualified and runs a variety of classes at Fitness First. Tommy has also worked with State, Australian and professional level athletes.

Worked now for twice the length of the average trainer, and been within the inudstry for nearly 11 years he knows the best methods to safely achieve your goals. His energetic and lively BUT he is also a real person!

Guys who read this trust me, i was indeed lanky, with incredibly low body fat. At 6'3 and 70 kg you get the picture. Previous to personal training i have tried other health clubs, programs and group fitness without being able to put on ANY size. now i am 86kg and surprisingly have not gained a single bit of fat.
